Hi I am Tessa. You could say I am at school learning how to have someone ride me:) I am a 4 yrold Arab/QH mare about 15 hands and I am looking for a new home where someone will ride me and love me. I need a job. I think I will make a good horse because I am smart and pretty. At only 4yrs old I have a lot of time to do all kinds of fun things. If you are interested in me, please look at the adoption page on the web sit lcarhorse.org

Tucker rolling in the grass.
Posted by: | CommentsTucker is rolling in the grass. This might seem like a simple thing and it is for most horses. But for Tucker this is cool:) After being abandoned by his owner and finding his way to the rescue by a caring individual. He has gained over 200lb and can do ever thing any horse can do. He is one happy boy:)

Raider is home
Posted by: | CommentsRaider for now is staying at the rescue. No owner ever came to get him. So he was abandoned:( But he will have a happy ending. As soon as he is up to weight and we know what he know he will be looking for a new home. If the right home is not found he will have a for ever home at the rescue.
